Do you have many pending orders ? CRM to your customers automatically.
This little hook will send reminders, with daily whmcs cron, to your customer about pending orders, and you can customize your emails.
Instructions:
First . Create 3 new templates, you can add the text you want like “Ey buddy, I see you have a pending order, can i help you with payment ? … ”
- “OB – First reminder” : This will send to all pending orders 2 days ago.
- “OB – Second reminder”: This will send to all pending orders 5 days ago.
- “OB – Last reminder”: This will send to all pending orders 7 days ago + and will cancel automatically the pending order.
If you want you can edit the dates, as it is an opensource script.
Its a hook , so will work with all whmcs versions.
It does not have any admin screen, as it works with daily whmcs cron.
